Cooking Straight From the Pantry (day 2)

Tonight…Pig…It’s what’s on the menu.

Last hunting season, my Honey decided to finally kill a pig.  Yayyy…Pig.  Well, I have been pretty lax in preparing it, so tonight is the night.  Wild pork has a bit of a gamey taste, so I need to season it very well.  Wish me luck! (any pointers on good ways to prepare wild pig would be extremely welcome!)

Main dish: Pan seared Pork Steaks, seasoned with Oklahomas Own All Purpose Seasoning and sauteed in green onions and red bell peppers. Drizzled with Mosto Arancia White Grape mist and Orange infused vinegar.

Side dish:  Rotini Pasta with Philadelphia Cooking Creme Savory Garlic

Veggie:  Spring mix salad with croutons

Dessert: Ice Cream

We will see how the family likes this one tonight.  Last night went pretty well, no left overs is always a good sign. Whats for dinner at your home tonight?
