UPDATE: Cooking Dinner Straight From the Pantry

I have had the hardest time trying to figure out what to make for dinner tonight.  We have an entire Coupon Zone full of food, and I am just stuck.  So, I decided to go and take a look at my inventory.  That’s when inspiration finally hit! Please tell me I am not alone in my plight.  Sometimes when you have so much too choose from, it can be a little overwhelming.  Have you ever felt this way?

UPDATE: Well…I guess I am wishy-washy, but while in the midst of pulling out everything for dinner, that I originally planned on making, it turned into something else…something wonderful. Here, take a look…

On the menu tonight:

• Main dish:
  • Dorito Crusted Chicken Breast with a sauce of Cream of Chicken soup and Pico da Gallo.
• Side dish:
  • Knorr Zatarains Chicken and Rice Side Dish
• Veggie:
  • Green Beans Pork and Beans
• Bread:
  • Grands Bisquits
• Drink:
  • Lipton Ice Tea Dr. Pepper
• Desert:
  • Girl Scout Cookies

My sweetheart will be home from the gun range soon.  Hopefully this will satisfy his man sized appetite!
